21. CHRONIC FATIGUE

Follows Section 22 on Map 2Chronic fatigue, regardless of its causes, wears a person down, leading to depressive-like symptoms, and eventually, depression.
Sources can include environmental pressures, inability to sleep, stress, chronic strong emotions, or diet.
Treatment involves helping the person relax or sleep, along with relief from the source of the fatigue.
