First on the right side is a decision about any adjunctive care that the patient might need in order to overcome his\/her depression more rapidly and completely [<a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1569\/#depressionmap4\">Section 31<\/a>].<\/p>\n<p>A number of options for adjunctive care are considered in Section 31 and described more fully in other sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nSupport groups are considered in <a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1584\/#depressionmap4\">Section 38<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\nMedication is discussed in <a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1586\/#depressionmap4\">Section 39<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\nExercise can be helpful. It is considered in <a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1588\/#depressionmap4\">Section 40<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\nFriends and family can be very supportive. See <a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1590\/#depressionmap4\">Section 41<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\nSometimes information is important to a depressed person. See <a href=\"https:\/\/treatmentmaps.net\/?page_id=1592\/#depressionmap4\">Section 42<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\nDiet can make a difference. There is no section for this component yet.<\/li>\n<li>\nMany activities can help a person deal with depression.
